Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using FindBuddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. FindBuddy is operated by Traiect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FindBuddy. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Not share your account with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Spam, harass, or repeatedly contact users who have expressed disinterest.
  • Use the app for commercial solicitation without prior written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Traiect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the FindBuddy service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payments & In-App Purchases

Some features of FindBuddy may require payment (e.g., boosting a post). All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimers

FindBuddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traiect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FindBuddy.

10. Apple App Store — Acknowledgment

You and Traiect acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between You and Traiect only, and not with Apple, Inc. Traiect, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

11. Scope of License

The license granted to you for FindBuddy is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or other products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not sublicense the App or otherwise distribute or transfer the App to any third party.

12. Maintenance and Support

Traiect is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to FindBuddy, as specified in these Terms, or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

13. Warranty

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Traiect's sole responsibility.

14. Product Claims

Traiect, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the App or the End-User's possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Traiect, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

16. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

17. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
